Regional Sales Account Managers:

We're looking for highly motivated team players who are responsible for development and growth of specific territories while demonstrating a desire to contribute to the success of our entire team. The ideal candidates will be able to:

1) Have knowledge of hospital emergency departments and urgent care clinics
2) Identify and close account opportunities within the assigned territory
3) Actively and consistently prospect for new business within the assigned territory
4) Follow and develop client-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting materials
5) Effectively gain access via interpersonal skills to penetrate new and existing accounts
6) Utilize all marketing tools and resources, including computer-based presentations and CRM system
7) Use strong closing skills to control the sales process and move each sale systematically through its cycle
8) Maintain strong health industry, product, and competitive knowledge, demonstrating professionalism at all times, particularly when representing our company at trade shows or when visiting clients and prospective clients
9) Regularly report all sales activity to management and maintain data in CRM and company database
10) Assist in contract negotiations
11) Manage time and resources effectively to meet sales objectives
12) Sell at high levels within the healthcare market (physicians, directors, and C-level in hospital emergency departments and urgent care clinics)
13) Diligently maintain accounts in the post-implementation phase
14) Effectively working as a liaison between sales and IT
15) Demonstrate and use outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
16) Utilize strong presentation skills
17) Persuade, using solutions-oriented sales techniques
18) Work harmoniously in a supportive team environment
19) Have a willingness to travel (up to 60%)

Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years sales experience, preferably in the healthcare IT industry is desirable. Relocation to Jacksonville, Florida, would be helpful but not necessary for the right candidates.
